Replica Limitations: Copy trading or replicating executions across multiple sub-accounts may lead to rate limiting, account freeze, or abnormal liquidations by the exchange. The user represents that they have configured acceptable leverage caps and risk limits.

In no event shall Elquo Trading Technologies, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of capital, profits, or exchange credits) arising from system runtime errors, network disruptions, incorrect AI grading, database corruption, or security lockout events.

By activating the bot's live trading switches or applying aggressiveness preset levels, you fully accept sole responsibility for all executed orders, margin usage, and account balances.
